The challenge
The store had grown beyond its original theme. New collections were difficult to organise, and mobile customers had too many steps between browsing and product details.
Our approach
We reworked collection structure, filters and product templates, then built flexible theme sections the internal team could reuse for launches and campaigns.

The catalogue is easier to browse and maintain, with a consistent shopping experience across mobile and desktop.
